Refund policy

At Purple Pineapple we are committed to finding the best companies to work with, in terms of quality and environmental credentials.  We hope you would never want to return any goods, but if you should, here are the rules:

Print on Demand products are printed after the order has been received and we do not keep stock.  If you do not feel the finished product is as described, or to the standard you expected, then of course we will refund, but only within a window of 14 days from receipt, and only after submission (including photos) to explain why you are not satisfied with the product.

Measurements and instructions on method of measurement, are clearly shown on each product, therefore we cannot accept returns for wrong size or colour, except if it can be clearly shown that the correct procedure was followed when ordering.
